We are still us

My name is Fred Collins.

I’ve been married to my wife, LaJan Collins, for 30 years. Together, we’ve built a life, raised two wonderful children, and shared more memories than I can count.

We’ve also faced our share of challenges.  Over the course of those 30 years, we’ve navigated cancer, seasons of deep stress, and moments of complete disconnection — the kind that don’t happen all at once, but quietly, over time. What those seasons taught us is something deceptively simple, yet profoundly important:

Marriage doesn’t fall apart from a lack of love.
It drifts from a lack of intentionality.

Being attentive. Being present. Pausing long enough to truly see one another.

Those things are undervalued in a world that celebrates grand gestures and highlight-reel moments. Don’t get me wrong — big trips, celebrations, and milestones matter. They build lasting memories. But what sustains a marriage isn’t found only in the extraordinary.

It’s found in the brief moments.

The moments where you pause.
Where you choose each other again.
Where you laugh, talk, flirt, and reconnect — without distraction or pressure.

STILL US was created for couples who understand that truth.

It’s for couples who know that intentionality doesn’t require perfection — just presence. STILL US is a date in a box designed to make those moments easier to access. One intentional date a month, delivered. A structured space to pause and be reminded that before the roles, responsibilities, and routines… there was us.
